When you connect a TikTok account to our internal dashboard, we access the following data via TikTok’s official API:
- Basic profile information (display name, username, profile picture)
- Account statistics (follower count, total likes, video count)
- Video performance data (views, likes, comments, shares per video)
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens required to maintain the connection
3. How We Use This Data
All data collected is used exclusively for:
- Internal analytics and performance reporting for our agency clients
- Tracking account growth and content performance over time
- Generating reports delivered to the artists and brands we represent
We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond internal agency reporting.
4. Data Storage
Account tokens and performance data are stored in a secure local database accessible only to authorized La Emprise staff. We do not store data on public servers or share it with third-party services.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties. Data is only shared internally with La Emprise staff and, in summary report form, with the respective artist or brand client whose account it belongs to.
6. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as the account remains connected to our dashboard. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@laemprise.com. Upon request, we will revoke access tokens and delete all associated data within 7 business days.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Revoke access to your TikTok account at any time via TikTok’s app settings
- Request a copy of the data we hold about your account
- Request deletion of your data
8. TikTok API Compliance
Our integration with TikTok complies fully with TikTok’s Developer Terms of Service and Platform Policies. We only request the minimum scopes necessary to provide our analytics service: user.info.basic, user.info.stats, and video.list.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
